Wayback Burgers has launched in Tokyo, aiming to introduce its classic American-style burgers alongside plant-based menu items thanks to a collaboration with Next Meats, a local company that produces vegan meat substitutes. In Japan TV was invited to sample the menu, which Wayback Burgers says will appeal to Japanese palates while maintaining the quality of their core products.
