Dr Alfred Jaeger joined McGill’s Faculty of Management in 1978. He teaches Cross-Cultural Management and Organizational Behavior to undergraduate and MBA students and a doctoral seminar on Organizational Behavior and Theory.He is also a visiting scholar with the McGill MBA program in Japan.
