In the second installment of our three-part series, In Japan TV is back in the increasingly popular neighborhoods of the East Area of Tokyo Station (EATS). In this episode, we meet Sasha Tchernihovsky, who explains why Kiyosumi-shirakawa has been an ideal location to pursue his passion for creativity and entrepreneurship. We find out why the rich cultural heritage, beautiful natural surroundings, and welcoming locals in the EATS area made it the perfect location for him to put down roots and set up his art cafe and language school.
